# Engineering trust at first glance through social grid architecture.

Resolving mobile UI text cropping, illegible contrast, and visual chaos to build a high-converting, platform-native social brand presence for local service authority at **Everest Tower Appliance Repair**.

## The Challenge: Transforming the social feed into a high-trust conversion asset.

A company's social profile serves as its secondary digital storefront. When potential clients discover an organization on mobile platforms, they form immediate subconscious judgments about professionalism and execution quality. For local service brands like Everest Tower Appliance Repair, an uncurated, text-heavy social feed with cropped preview text signals amateurism and erodes consumer confidence.

I engineered a complete social media visual overhaul proposal. By analyzing platform-specific UI constraints and 1:1 mobile feed viewports, I established an architectural grid system that guarantees zero text truncation. The strategy structured content into two recognizable, high-contrast pillars: practical appliance maintenance value and verified client reviews, wrapping the feed in Everest Tower's signature dark-mode and vibrant orange aesthetic.

> Eliminating visual friction is the fastest way to turn organic attention into operational credibility.

## Core Operational Metrics

- **Grid Architecture: Grid-Native**
Engineered to eliminate mobile cropping across 1:1 feed previews.
- **Content Hierarchy: Two-Pillar**
Modular split between practical maintenance tips and verified client reviews.
- **Design Tooling: Figma Library**
Reusable component templates allowing instant collateral assembly with zero friction.
- **Brand Polish: High-Trust**
Dark-mode palette and legible typography harmonized with primary web infrastructure.

## Visual Deliverables

### Instagram Feed Before and After Grid Architecture
The before state suffered from severe UI text cropping, cluttered fonts, and lack of visual cohesion. The after architecture establishes a structured hexagonal grid and high-contrast dark-mode styling that makes the profile instantly scannable and authoritative.

### Platform-Native Safe-Zone Rules
Established rigid aspect-ratio and padding constraints ensuring headlines and key focal points remain centered and completely uncropped within native mobile feed previews.

### Modular Figma Component Library
Built reusable Figma component templates with predefined type tokens, color harmonies, and layout constraints, allowing non-designers to produce on-brand posts in minutes.

## Technical Infrastructure

- **Figma:** Social Design System & Component Library
- **UI Auditing:** Platform Constraint & Safe-Zone Modeling
- **Adobe Photoshop:** Asset Optimization & Color Grading
- **Notion:** Content Calendar & Pillar Governance

## System Map: How the social brand system was designed and deployed.

1. **Visual & Platform Audit:** Analyzed legacy social collateral against native platform UI constraints, identifying text truncation and legibility failures.
2. **Safe-Zone & Grid Rules:** Engineered strict boundary guidelines preventing platform UI elements from obscuring critical typography and callouts.
3. **Component System Design:** Created reusable modular Figma cards, color tokens, and typographic hierarchy for rapid assembly.
4. **Content Pillar Alignment:** Structured collateral into distinct educational and client testimonial formats with high-contrast visual cues.
5. **Asset Pipeline Deployment:** Delivered complete social template packages and style guides ready for frictionless multi-channel distribution.

## Strategic Leadership Takeaway

Eliminating visual friction captures organic trust and authority.

A brand's social profile functions as its secondary digital storefront. When a business delivers exceptional real-world services but projects an amateurish, cropped, or disorganized visual presence on mobile platforms, prospective clients question its professional rigor before making contact.

At Everest Tower Appliance Repair, re-architecting the social presence around native platform constraints demonstrated how design systems build measurable credibility. By respecting safe-zone geometry and establishing high-contrast content modules, we transformed a chaotic social feed into an authoritative, conversion-ready brand asset.
